Céline CAMPI graduated from the London School of Economics in 2000 with an LLM in International Business Law. In 2009, she participated in the exchange program between the Paris Bar and the Inns of Court in London, during which she interned at the Queen Elizabeth Building Chamber, specializing in high-profile family litigation with a particular emphasis on financial issues.

In 2011, she founded the French-British Lawyers' Association, PARIS BAR INNS OF COURT PROGRAMME EXCHANGE (PBIE), which includes lawyers and barristers who participated in the aforementioned exchange program. This association remains highly active today, striving to maintain connections between practitioners in France and the United Kingdom, as well as more broadly between professionals of common law and civil law systems.

Simultaneously, she was actively involved with the French section of Amnesty International, initially as a neighborhood group leader in Paris, then in the legal committee, and finally on the Board of Directors.

Céline CAMPI established partnerships between Amnesty International and the Paris Bar, for instance, in defending human rights defenders in specific cases.

As an attorney at the Paris Bar from 2000 to 2015, she later relocated to Martinique (French Caribbean). In 2017, she established the CARIBBEAN COMPARATIVE LAW ASSOCIATION (CCLA), aimed at fostering connections among legal and judicial practitioners across various Caribbean states, including all private sector stakeholders engaged internationally.

Céline CAMPI primarily practices in the area of personal rights, whether property-related or non-property related, within both national and international contexts.

Céline CAMPI also serves as a solicitor for law firms located outside the territory.
